Continental Marketplace focus on special projects and events. Our key strengths include: attractions, markets, ice-rinks, catering, bars and entertainment.

Our unique selling point is the fact that we are able to provide your whole event without subcontracting to third parties ensuring continuity, quality and control. This also allows us to provide a fast turnaround as there are not multiple levels of decision makers and in turn you will be dealing directly with one team.

Our core team consists of Mattie Taylor, Jensen Taylor, Matthew Taylor, Marc Taylor and Sue Taylor. The Taylor family own Scotland’s Theme Park and have three generations of event knowledge, skills and experience behind them. Events organised and operated by the family are vast with the most prestige including; Edinburgh Christmas Markets, Edinburgh Hogmanay, Glasgow Loves Christmas, T in the Park (now TRNSMT), Dubai Shopping Festival and many more. Our family are fully hands on and always available ensuring your event is 100% attended to in line with our clients desires. Adding to the skill sets of the family we have the additional network of all our professionals onsite at head office based within the grounds of Strathclyde Country Park including; our sales and marketing office, accounts department, licensing, HR, administrators and technical team. Furthermore we have teams of; tradesmen, security, departmental managers and departmental staff ensuring help is always at hand

Within our 5 year plan we aim to fill an annual event calendar allowing our company to grow to its full potential similar to what it was back in 2011 before Mattie and Douglas (M&D’s) split the business into Theme Park and Events. We have the capability, passion and desire so lets go!
